Fava Bean and Vegetable Soup

Fava Bean and Vegetable Soup
1 l water
200 g carrot
220 g cauliflower
1 big onion
  curry
  chili powder
  salt
110 g light processed cheese
½ dl Textured Fava Bean Mix
  dill

 

Measure the water into a casserole and add the vegetables and spices. Cook until the vegetables are tender. Blend the vegetables until smooth. While blending add the processed cheese. Stir the fava bean mix carefully into the soup. Do not process the fava bean mix with the blender. Finally, add the dill into the soup.
