Fava Bean-filled Champignons

11 champignon mushrooms
1,5 tomatoes
1 mozzarella
3/4 dl Verso Fava Bean Mix
0,5 dl olive oil
1,5 tbsp red wine vinegar
half a garlic
fresh herbs (i.e. basil, thyme, rosemary)

Heat the oven to 200 °C. Mix oil, vinegar, finely chopped garlic and shredded herbs in a bowl. Separate the feet from the caps of the mushrooms and spread the marinade on top of the caps and pour the rest inside of them. Fill the mushroom caps with chopped mozzarella, tomatoes and Fava Bean Mix. Place in the oven for 7 minutes.
