Fava Bean Granola

Fava Bean Granola
7 dl whole grain flakes
2 dl Textured Fava Bean Mix
1 dl oat bran
1 dl coconut flakes
2 dl water
1½ dl cane sugar
3/4 dl rapeseed oil
2 dl dried berries and fruits


Mix the whole grain flakes, fava bean mix, brans and coconut flakes together in a bowl.
Mix water, sugar and oil and heat in a pan until the sugar is completely solved. Spread the dry ingredients on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Pour the liquid in a thin stream on top of the dry ingredients and mix. Roast in the oven, 200oC, for about 20 minutes until the mix has a nice colour. Stir a few times during roasting. When the mixture has cooled up stir in dry berries or fruits. Store in a dry place.
