Fava Bean Meatloaf

2 1/2 dl Textured Fava Bean Mix
1 1/2 dl cream, milk or water
1 onion
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 garlic glove
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon crushed black pepper
1 egg
1 dl chopped sun-dried tomatoes
250 g minced meat

 

Stir the fava bean mix in the liquid in a bowl. Peel and chop the onion. Sauté the onions with oil in a pan for a while. Add the peeled and crushed garlic glove. Drain the onion mix into the bowl. Add spices, egg, chopped sun-dried tomatoes and minced meet. Cover one litre loaf tin with baking paper. Press the loaf mixture tight in the tin. Bake in the oven, 200oC, for about 30 minutes. Leave to rest for a while before cutting.
