Fava Bean Snacks
2 dl textured Fava Bean Mix
2 dl mixed nuts
2 tablespoons rapeseed oil


Spice mix:
3 tablespoons hazelnuts
1 teaspoon ground cumin (jeera)
1 tablespoon cane sugar
1 teaspoon salt flakes
pinch of mild chili pepper


First prepare the spice mix by roasting hazelnuts and jeera for a moment in a dry pan, until the aroma is released. Grind the mix together with spices in a chopper or mortar. Heat up the oil in a pan and roast the fava bean mix and nuts lightly until beautifully brown. Pour the mixture in a bowl and stir in the spice mix.
