Summer Mousse with Granola & Fruits

6 mandarins
4 kiwis
3 dl whipped cream
honey or other sweetener
250 g quark
1,5 dl Verso Fava Bean Granola

Whip the cream and add your sweetener of choice. Cut 2 mandarins and 2 kiwis into small pieces. Mix the quark with the whipped cream. Press the juice of one mandarin and mix it with the mousse together with the fruits. Peel and slice 3 mandarins and 2 kiwis. Pour the granola on the bottom of your serving cups and place the fruits along the sides. Save some slices of mandarin for decoration. Add the mousse to the cups and top with mandarin slices and granola.
