Vegetable and Fava Bean Patties
2 dl cooking cream
300 g cabbage
1 big onion
100 g broccoli
2 teaspoons curry
50 g dried tomatoes
3 tablespoons soft brown sugar
  salt
  herb mix
  pepper mix
3 eggs
2 tablespoons cornflour
3,5 dl textured Fava Bean Mix
  oil for frying

 

Shred the cabbage and dice onion, broccoli and tomatoes. Mix spices, eggs, cornflour and cooking cream with the vegetables until smooth. Stir fava been mix carefully with the mixture. Shape the mixture into patties and fry with oil. You can also cook them in the oven, 200 0C, for about 20 minutes.
